What got you into CrossFit?
I started doing the CrossFit type workouts in high school fitness class and really enjoyed it. Once a couple of my friends started going to alchemy, I joined them and have been here since!
What do you like about Alchemy?
Any of those who attend class with me know that my favourite part is definitely the social aspect. I love coming to class and seeing all my friends
What has been your proudest moment at Alchemy?
My proudest moment would definitely be when I got my first muscle up, it was something I never thought I would be able to do.
What are your CrossFit goals for the future?
My two main goals with CrossFit is to become a coach, I just received my L1 and can’t wait to go further. I would also like to do some local competitions with friends eventually.
If you could design the perfect workout, what would it include?
Most definitely would have to include rowing and snatching, my two favourite movements!
What’s the biggest change you’ve seen in yourself since you started CrossFit?
Thanks to CrossFit and the team at alchemy, I find I’m a lot less stressed out. CrossFit is a great time to focus on myself and what is right in front of me.
When you’re not at the gym, what’s your favourite thing to do?
When ever I’m not at the gym I’m usually hanging out with friends, exercising outside, and working on my gardens.
