Tell us about yourself!
I am a mom to a 1 year old busy little man. And when I’m not chasing after him. I’m working as a RN in hemodialysis at the hospital. I love travelling, kayaking, concerts and anything with my friends and family.
What got you into CrossFit?
I have always loved working out. I use to do gymnastics when I was younger. So I figured I would try it out. And I literally loved it, and now you’re stuck with me.
What do you like about Alchemy?
I love that alchemy is so welcoming to everyone. It’s like having a second family.
What is your best memory at alchemy?
I have a lot of great memories at alchemy. I loved the open and power hour this year. It’s so much fun getting everyone together in the gym. Also the gala last year when Broder was getting everyone to play flip cup at the front desk that was pretty fun! Haha
What are your CrossFit goals?
Be able to do muscle ups someday. I need to work on getting better at running and double unders. Also getting stronger in general.
What is your favourite movement?
If you could make an ideal workout, what would it include?
Snatches, pull ups, wall walks and burpees.
What is your ideal weekend day?
Sunday because I’m off most Sundays so I can make it to the gym.
