Tell us about yourself..
I grew up in Guelph and always played any sport I could. Soccer, hockey, volleyball, badminton, rugby, golf, and even table tennis. Now most of that is on the backburner so CrossFit helps fuel my competitiveness.
What got you into CrossFit?
A friend introduced me to Grid Iron CrossFit in Guelph. Naturally, I showed upon Fran day and somehow I was hooked 🤪
What do you like about Alchemy?
The programming is well thought out and it’s fun working out with other like-minded people. Having dogs greet you at the door from time to time doesn’t hurt either 🙂
What is your best memory at Alchemy?
My proudest moment at Alchemy is when I got my first bar muscle up.
What are your CrossFit goals for the future?
My goals in the future are to move well. My golf game has improved considerably with my improved fitness & mobility so I’d like to keep building on that.
What is your favourite movement?
If you could make an ideal workout, what would it include?
Nancy or The Frey are ideal. Pullups, running, OHS.
What is your ideal weekend routine?
Breakfast, golf, lunch, golf again, dinner, & the Leafs winning a game 7
