Our Alchemy At-Home program offers weekly contact through call, text or email to check in on your progress to keep you accountable with our workouts, or just to see how you are feeling.
While we can’t be together in person (yet), we’ve come up with some unique ways to help our members stay connected during social distancing. Here are some of the ways to stay involved in the community:
Sip ‘n Stretch: come hang out and stretch with a coach and a group of friends.*
Yoga sessions: led by a professional yoga instructor, this is a great way to destress, unwind and stretch out the muscles you’ve worked so hard to build all week.*
Weekly webinar where we answer common Q’s from our members. We’ll chat about everything from adapting to a “new normal,” nutrition, mental health, physical performance and more. Stay tuned for a new webinar announced every week
